Cancellation / No Show Policy

Inner West Pest Control Pty Ltd is dedicated to providing the gold standard in pest control and removal services throughout Sydney's Inner West. When a booking is made, we reserve that time for you and allocate staff and equipment for your appointment.  If you cancel at short notice or are not at home for your scheduled appointment, we are unable to re-book that timeslot but we still have to pay our staff. Therefore, please note we charge a call-out fee in this instance. 

 

 We understand the need to change appointments from time to time. Please respect our time and your money by providing usa at least one business day's notice of cancellation or change of appointment.

If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $88 inc. GST for the cancelled / no show appointment.
